TESTING AND INSPECTION

Rydes Hill Electrical offers a comprehensive inspection and testing service for any domestic, commercial or industrial installation. 

Working alongside landlords and letting agents, we undertake five-yearly inspections (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) of rental properties to ensure the latest PRS requirements are being met.

The recommended interval between testing is three years for industrial premises, five years for commercial properties and ten years for domestic (non-rental) properties.
